Always start with warm up: 20-30 mins 
Step 1: Stretch from head to toe joints, 10 times each (5 mins)  
Step 2: Exercise with Ball( 5 mins) 
Step 3: Pass-set-hit routine(10 mins)
Step 4: Hitting over the net(10 mins)
